Found the boots you want but don't have the money right now
Yes, we are that understanding! For a 15% deposit we can hold the boots you have chosen for up to eight days, for that sacred pay day to come along.. Don't mention it! To reserve a pair please contact us via the contact page. Alternatively email us at email@example.com
Are your boots genuine?
We can guarantee that all of the boots we sell are 100% authentic, we will never be selling boots which are any different.
How do I know if they'll fit?

Where do you post the boots and how are they sent?
We ship our boots all over the globe. They shall be sent using Royal Mail services which will track and; whether a pro or not, require your autograph upon arrival! Once we have dispatched your purchase we shall send you over the tracking number for your peace of mind.
How much is the postage/shipping and how long does it take?

Europe £16.99 Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days) + £4.99 additional

Can the boots be returned if they don't fit or I'm unhappy?
If you're unsure if the boots will fit then please check out our size guide or get in touch so we can help you out before you buy. If the boots you have purchased do not fit once received then we will not be able to offer a refund unless you have stated before placing your order.
We will not accept returns for any other reasons. We provide multiple pictures and information on each individual boot. If you are still unsure and want to find out more/grab extra pictures, then please message us through the contact page. Alternatively email us at email@example.com
When returning the boots we recommend that tracked/recorded delivery is used, on the off chance of the package going missing in the post you will then be able to claim back from the carrier. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the boots, provided they are in the same condition as when they left us.
Can I cancel my order?
Hey! These things happen.. If you have had a change of heart since pressing the purchase button then don't worry, we offer a period of 12 hours from when your order has been placed, in which you are able to cancel your purchase. No sweat.
What's the cut off time for same day shipping?
In order to have your boots shipped on the day of purchase your order will need to be placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. All orders placed after this will be despatched on the next working day.
